Terms & Conditions

Please read before placing your order.

1. Deposit & Payment

A minimum 25% non-refundable deposit (or a fixed amount as agreed) is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due no later than 24 hours before collection or delivery.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 3 days of your collection or delivery date will not be refunded. Cancellations prior to that period may be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit.

3. Changes to Order

Design, flavour or other changes must be requested at least 48 hours before collection or delivery. After this point, changes may not be possible.

4. Allergens & Food Safety

Your order may contain allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs and soy and is made in a kitchen that handles nuts. It is the customer's responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens.

5. Collection & Storage

Once collected or delivered, responsibility passes to the customer. Keep cupcakes and cakes in a cool, dry place. Store biscuits in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated unless advised otherwise.

6. Design Disclaimer

Every effort is made to match requested designs. However slight variations may occur as all items are entirely handmade.

7. Photography

We may photograph your order for social media and our website. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you would prefer we did not.
