• All orders require a minimum 7-day lead time
• Payment is required at the time of ordering
• We accept cash, card, and online payments
• Prices are subject to change without notice

🎂 Custom Orders

🚚 Delivery & Collection

• Collection times must be adhered to
• Delivery fees apply based on location
• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather
• Products left uncollected after 24 hours may incur storage fees

⚠️ Allergens & Dietary

• We handle all 14 major allergens in our kitchen
• Cross-contamination cannot be completely eliminated
• Please inform us of all allergies when ordering
• We cannot guarantee products are suitable for severe allergies

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• Custom orders require 72 hours notice

🛡️ Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. We are not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions where allergens have been disclosed
• Damage after collection/delivery
• Consequential losses from delayed orders
• Products stored incorrectly after collection
