Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup/delivery time for a full refund.

💸 Refund Timeframes

48+ hours notice: Full refund processed within 3-5 business days
24-48 hours notice: 50% refund due to preparation costs
Less than 24 hours: No refund available (preparation may have begun)

🎂 Custom Orders

Special Conditions: Custom cakes and special occasion orders require 72 hours notice for cancellation due to specialized ingredients and preparation time.

🚫 Exceptions

Refunds will be provided regardless of timing in cases of:

Severe weather preventing pickup/delivery
Illness or emergency situations
Quality issues with our products
Our inability to fulfill the order

💳 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
